Redeem your gift card

For Candy Crush Saga:

1. Open the game.
2. On the first screen, select “My Account” (instead of “Play”).
3. If you see your avatar, email address, or a Facebook/Apple login — great news, you already have a King account! Ensure to use the same email address / log-in on the redemption page here.

Alternatively in Candy Crush Saga:

1. If you’re already in the game, tap the mechanic wheel (⚙️) in the top right corner.
2. Select “Account & Help” → “My Account.”
3. If you see your avatar, email address, or a Facebook/Apple login, that means your King account is active! Ensure to use the same email address / log-in on the redemption page here.

For Candy Crush Soda:

1. In the game, tap the mechanic wheel (⚙️) in the top right corner.
2. Tap on the man with a crown icon at the bottom left.
3. If you see your avatar, email address, or a Facebook/Apple login, this is your registered King account! Ensure to use the same email address / log-in on the redemption page here.

If you encounter any issues, please do not attempt to delete your player profile — doing so may cause you to lose your game progress. Instead, reach out to Player Support for assistance.

We do not yet support login with Apple on this page. If you are using login with Apple in the game you can do the following to still redeem your gift card:

1. If playing Candy Crush Saga you can add an email and password to your account. To do this go to the account page mentioned above and press the logout button. Then create a new account as described below. You will keep all your progress in the game. Once done you can come back to this page and log in to redeem your gift card!
2. If playing Candy Crush Soda Saga you can follow the same steps but your current progress is not automatically transferred. Create the new account and redeem your card as above, then contact player support and ask them to transfer the gold bars to your Apple-based account. You can then log back into that account in the game to receive your items.

To create a King account in Candy Crush Saga:

1. Open the game on your device and tap on "My Account" on the first screen that appears (instead of "Play"). If you are already in the game, tap the mechanic wheel (⚙️) in the top right corner, then select “Account & Help”, and finally select “My Account.”
2. Select register with email.
3. Enter your email address and name.
4. Choose a password and submit!

To create a King account in Candy Crush Soda:

1. In the game, tap the mechanic wheel (⚙️) in the top right corner.
2. Tap on the man with a crown icon at the bottom left.
3. Select register with email.
4. Enter your email address and name.
5. Choose a password and submit!

Don't forget to save your email and password so you can access your King account in the future. You're all set! You can now return to this page to log in and redeem your gift card. If you encounter any issues, please do not attempt to delete your player profile — doing so may cause you to lose your game progress. Instead, reach out to Player Support for assistance.

To change your King account password in your game:

1. Tap "My Profile"/ "My Account" as described above in the first question of this FAQ section
2. After the Security Check, please tap on Change your password
3. Create your new password and tap on the green button, and that’s it!
